Currently our leadership training is done through the LIFE GROUP that Pastor Tom and Lori lead on Wednesday Nights. As leaders go through this personalized and highly relationship building process they are trained to represent the vision of Spirit Life Church and get to know the hearts of Pastor Tom and Lori. This is essential for any leader in order to protect the unity of the Spirit and to keep a strong line of communication between 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation leaders.
